SARASOTA, Fla. – Arrow Environmental Services has acquired two central Florida companies — Geneva-based Nationwide Termite and Pest Control and Apopka-based Earth Friendly Lawn and Pest Control. These partnerships expand Arrow’s presence in the greater Orlando market and add approximately $400,000 in annual revenues.
“I am looking forward to working with Arrow to enhance our service offerings,” said Chris Grief, former owner of Earth Friendly Lawn and Pest Control, who will transition to the Arrow team as a pest control service professional. “Arrow has a great reputation for excellent customer service and strong company values.”
Current employees from both companies will continue to provide pest control, termite control and lawn services out of Arrow Environmental Service’s branch in Altamonte Springs.
The partnerships with Nationwide Termite and Pest Control and Earth Friendly Lawn and Pest Control rounded out a year of impressive growth for Arrow’s parent company, Environmental Pest Service.
Environmental Pest Service merged with 16 companies in 2015 to expand its brand presence in Florida and Georgia. In addition to operating Arrow Environmental Services in west and central Florida, Environmental Pest Service operates Bug Out Service in northeast Florida and Skyline Pest Solutions in metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
“We’re proud of our growth since expanding into the Orlando market in December 2014,” said Vic Valentine, president of Arrow Environmental Services. “Both of these partnerships will help us continue strengthening our presence in the area, particularly in Orange and Seminole counties.”
