SARASOTA, Fla. — Environmental Pest Service (EPS) announced that it completed seven merger deals in December.
EPS, formerly Arrow Environmental Holdings, is the parent company of Arrow Environmental Services in west and central Florida, Bug Out Service in Jacksonville and Skyline Pest Solutions in Atlanta.
In all, the company completed 21 mergers and acquisitions in 2014, including a merger with pest control provider PurControl that establishes the first EPS branch location in the Orlando market.
Since August 2010, EPS has merged with 53 companies in Florida and Georgia, and finished 2014 with annual revenues of $35.1 million.
“We are extremely pleased with our continued growth and customer retention trends,” said Joe Finney, Chief Executive Officer of EPS. “We have found that merger partners are attracted to our high pest control standards and overarching commitment to customer satisfaction.”
Five of the companies acquired by EPS now operate under the Arrow Environmental Services brand:
? PurControl, Orlando
? Scotland Yard Pest Control, Cape Coral
? Suncoast Go Green, Largo
? Big Difference Pest Control, Naples
? Diamond Lawns, Leesburg
Two of the companies now operate under the Bug Out Service brand:
? The Pest Detective, Jacksonville
? Ben’s Pest Control, Jacksonville
