Editor’s note: January PCT included an Executive Forum interview with MGK’s Kevin Caskey. In the following online extra Caskey talks more about MGK’s future plans.
Q: What else can PCOs expect from MGK?
A: They can expect to see more and more of their MGK representative because we’re adding salespeople throughout 2007. At the end of this year, we’ll have double the number of salespeople we had at the beginning of the year. One goal we set internally is to be the most responsive sales organization in the industry and I believe we’re well on the way to achieving that goal.
Q: What are MGK’s plans for the future?
A: Our plans revolve around continued growth of our branded products initiative. Since our first branded product introduction in 2003 (PyGanic) our goal has been to continue to aggressively grow the company and improve our product support efforts. We’re currently in the process of driving sales and that’s done by adding salespeople to our staff and through regular contact with customers. That is why having an enhanced marketplace presence is so important to us. In fact, it’s critical to our success.
