About Helena: The largest subsidiary of Japanese trading company Marubeni, Helena Chemical Company (HCC) is a formulator and distributor of crop inputs and services in the U.S. HCC offers a variety of crop protection products, agricultural chemicals, seed, fertilizer and related products. Helena has four plants that provide toll manufacturing services for it suppliers as well as manufacturing Helena's line of private and proprietary products. The company has 16 sales divisions, with about 370 sales outlets and more than 3,400 employees. In addition to traditional agricultural products, Helena offers services in turf and ornamental products, forestry, aquatic and vegetation supplies.
