
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — AMGUARD Environmental Technologies, an American Vanguard Company, and ADAPCO, an Azelis Americas company, have agreed to a five-year partnership for the distribution of AMGUARD’s products to the U.S. public health vector market.
This agreement extends a more than three-decade long relationship between the two companies and sets the stage for future growth and success in the U.S. public health market, the companies report.
Included in the distribution partnership are AMGUARD products Dibrom and Trumpet. These two Naled-based insecticides are used for aerial mosquito control applications.
Highlights of the partnership include:
- Reinforces the importance of Dibrom and Trumpet as leading solutions for aerial mosquito control applications
- Creates a multi-year commitment to the stable and reliable supply of these gold standard weapons for combating disease-bearing vectors
- Builds upon an existing strong and collaborative relationship between leading players in aerial-applied mosquito control products
- Enables collaboration on product innovation and development of new technologies for the vector control sector
- Highlights the added value Azelis brings the principal/distributor partnership with the multi-year timeframe
- Facilitates and solidifies AMGUARD’s commitment to providing a steady and reliable supply chain for these critical components, which are needed to safeguard public health
