Arrow Exterminators Announces Acquisition of Florida-Based Falcon Lawn & Pest

ATLANTA, Ga. – Arrow Exterminators announced the acquisition of Florida company Falcon Lawn & Pest. Falcon has locations in both Orlando and Wildwood. The transaction strengthens Atlanta-based Arrow’s presence in several of the state’s counties, the company said.

“We enthusiastically welcome the customers and team members of Falcon Lawn & Pest to the Arrow family,” Emily Thomas Kendrick, chief executive officer of Arrow Exterminators, said.

Family-owned and operated Falcon has serviced Central Florida since 1969, she continued. The acquisition of Falcon’s two locations means Arrow has 39 offices throughout the state of Florida and a total of 154 offices in the country. 

Louis Witherington, Falcon co-owner and CEO, called the acquisition “a dream come true.” Patti Witherington, co-owner and president, added that the two companies have nearly identical service philosophies.

“Arrow is dedicated to hiring, training and retaining the best people and we are so happy that this experienced team we’ve built over the years will be a part of the Arrow culture and have additional opportunities for growth,” Louis Witherington said.

Tim Pollard, president and chief operating officer of Arrow, recalled he first met Louis in the late ‘90s and was immediately impressed with his knowledgeability and commitment to the industry. Louis has been involved in nearly every facet of the industry in the state of Florida, he said, and Arrow is excited for him to continue representing the company going forward.
