After six years with Truly Nolen, Desi Rodriguez has been promoted to district manager of southern Arizona. In other news at the firm, Scarlett Nolen, daughter of Truly Nolen, has been promoted to coaching and retention coordinator. She will assist all of the domestic and international branches, with a focus on developing branch partners on a career path, coaching new partners to help develop overall retention in branches, assisting with the development of the territory managers and supporting sales recruitment.
Pest Control Insulation recently welcomed Mickey Wright as sales and client support manager and Teresa Cantrell as administrative/shipping clerk.

Atlanta-based Rollins named Mark Beavers the firm’s new managing director of technical services. Beavers will provide technical support and safety guidance to all of Rollins’ pest control brands.
FMC Corporation recently named Maureen Thompson as commercial director and Tom Wharton as national sales manager for North America Professional Solutions, which comprises its Turf & Ornamental and Structural Pest Solutions business segments. Previously, Thompson was business manager for Turf and Ornamental Solutions. Most recently, Wharton was the regional sales manager and key account manager for FMC’s Professional Solutions group.
Chris Moyer has been named marketing communications manager supporting both the T&O and pest management businesses at Dow AgroSciences.
Moyer is replaced by Tara Beauregard, who is the firm’s new T&O sales representative covering eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In the West, David Martin has been named district sales manager for urban pest management, overseeing seven T&O sales representatives.
Eric Scherzinger, ScherZinger Pest Control, Cincinnati, was awarded the top fundraiser at the 2015 Cincinnati Leadership Class Awards Ceremony and raised more than $4,300 for the National MS Society.
