Madison, Wis.-based Bell Laboratories announced that Patrick Lynch was appointed vice president of sales U.S. and Canada. In his new role, Lynch will continue providing strategic guidance and leadership, while overseeing the management of Bell’s domestic sales team for the professional pest control market in the U.S. and Canada.
To create a structure that is supportive of the organization and customer needs, Bell is dividing the country into six regions. The following individuals have been promoted to managers of their respective regions:
- Dan Schlegel, West region manager
- Scott Smith, Southwest region manager
- Sara Knilans, Midwest region manager
- Rod Smith, Florida region manager
- Sheila Haddad, vice president East and Southeast regions
Truly Nolen Pest Control, Tucson, Ariz., announced the promotion of John Carroll to manager of the company’s Kissimmee (Fla.) service office. Some of Carroll’s new responsibilities include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local Kissimmee community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
American Vanguard Corporation (AMVAC), operating in Newport Beach, Calif., announced the promotion of Scott Hendrix to senior vice president of U.S. and Canada crop sales and application technology.
Westwood, N.J.-based RK Environmental Services announced the promotion of Talath Witharane to vice president. Witharane had been serving as director of operations since joining RKE in June 2017. Rockwell Labs announced that Steve Sullivan joined the company as technical sales representative for the Southeast territory, which encompasses Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Sullivan brings with him nearly 14 years in the PMP industry.
Active Pest Control, McDonough, Ga., announced the promotion of four key employees and the creation of an entirely new business development team and team lead. The four employees promoted include Kevin Anderson, regional vice president; Ryan Streeter, regional vice president; Allen Beiriger, managing partner; and Nikki Fortenberry, business development team lead.
