Cowleys Pest Services, Neptune City, N.J., announced the appointment of brothers Randy Vogel and Carl Vogel as the firm’s new operations manager and commercial service manager, respectively. The Cowleys executive team now includes Randy Vogel and Carl Vogel, Owners Bill and Drew Cowley, Regional Sales Manager Tom Witkowski, and Residential Service Supervisor Scott Dellett.
Ten Wil-Kil Pest Control technicians received Master Technician certification from the Wisconsin Pest Control Association. These technicians join 54 other master technicians at Wil-Kil. The Sun Prairie, Wis.-based firm’s newest Master Technicians are: Jeff Daane, Wade Evans, Mike Grzybowski, Nathan Hall, Rodney Helm, Scott Mayer, Ryan Peters, Joe Phillips, Bryan Sleger and Jude Warthen.
Control Solutions Inc. announced the addition of Dr. Janis Reed to the firm’s product development team. Reed will be the technical services manager serving the PCO team.
Reneotech, manufacturer of EcoRaider botanical insect control products, announced the hiring of Ron Wyandt as West Coast Sales Representative. Wyandt, a full-time sales representative with 14 years of experience working for pest control distributors, started working with the New Jersey-based manufacturer in January.
Kness has brought on new team members that have helped spur increased manufacturing capabilities, the firm says. James Hayward was hired as Eastern USA retail sales manager and Nick Fugate as International and Midwest USA pest control sales manager to assist with national and international customer relations. In 2016, Western USA Pest Control Sales Manager Jeff Caudill and Western USA Retail Sales Manager Misty Little were brought on. In addition to bolstering the firm’s sales team, Kness recently added Scott Vestal as plant manager.
University Termite & Pest Control, Tucson, Ariz., announced that Doug Brunner has become the first commercial sales representative in company history to sell in excess of $1 million in a single year. Brunner has been with University since 1996. The path to this success has been specialization in sales to government agencies, school districts, and several Native American tribes in Arizona.
