Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced that Shay Runion, chief human resources officer and senior vice president of professional development, was awarded the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s inaugural 2018 HR Hero Award. The award recognizes HR professionals in the metro Atlanta area who have made a tangible impact on their workplace in the last year by using their role to make their offices productive, safe and creative environments for all team members.

Milwaukee, Wis.-based Liphatech expanded its pest management division sales team with the addition of Barry Pitkoff as the northeast district sales manager, assisting as a resource for PMPs in the northeastern U.S. and eastern Canada.

The Oklahoma Pest Management Association recognized Denver Tally with the Dick Parker Award for contributions to the association the last 40 years. The Dick Parker Award is presented to an OPMA member or affiliate “who has demonstrated a full commitment of his time and efforts to our association.”

PestRoutes, a provider of business management software for pest control firms, named Patrick McKittrick as CEO.

NaturZone Pest Control, Sarasota, Fla., added new management roles to accommodate growth in its west coast Florida market: Andrew Longfellow, general manager; Sean Cleary, operations manager; Terrance Murray, service manager; Aly Herbst, administration manager; and Mathew Paterno, sales and marketing consultant.
