Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of David Luong to manager of the company’s San Marcos (Calif.) service office. Luong joined Truly Nolen in November 2019 as a manager-in-training and has worked in the pest control industry since 2008.

Also at the company, John Welsh was promoted to senior reporting analyst in the company’s accounting department. Walsh is based at the company’s Tucson headquarters. Welsh joined Truly Nolen in May 2008.

Xcluder, a leader in rodent and pest exclusion, announced that Troy Bergum joined the company as sales manager for its commercial product line. Bergum joins Xcluder from DH Pace Company, a leading provider of door and door-related products and services.

Sprague Pest Solutions, Tacoma, Wash., announced two promotions on its executive leadership team that will usher in the family-owned company’s fourth generation of pest management professionals. Ross Treleven has been promoted to president, and AJ Treleven, director of operations for the company that is celebrating its 94th year. Ross joined Sprague as his first job in 1998 and took a full-time technician role in 2001 while attending college. AJ Treleven most recently served as Sprague’s regional manager for the Puget Sound after leading Sprague’s Seattle and Salt Lake City branch offices. He joined the company in 2012 in a sales role.

Atlanta-based Germinator Mobile Sanitizing and Disinfecting announced the addition of Dr. Harold Smith to its Scientific Advisory Board (SAB). Smith is internationally recognized as a key opinion leader, an innovator in scientific discovery and an avid mentor of students and junior scientists, according to Germinator.

Victory Pest Solutions, Boonton N.J., welcomed Al Velez as its new director of field operations. Velez brings more than two decades of technical expertise and service supervision leadership.

Kim O’Connor, CIO at ServicePro, was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS by The Software Report. The award recognized not only O’Connor’s professional achievements but also her commitment to being a role model for future generations of female leaders seeking careers in the technology sector.

Ecolab announced Christophe Beck is the company’s new president and chief executive officer. He also was elected to Ecolab’s board of directors. Beck succeeded Douglas Baker Jr. as the company’s chief executive officer. Baker retired as CEO but will continue as board chairman.

Terminix Global Holdings announced Anthony (Tony) DiLucente, its senior vice president and CFO, will retire from the company in early 2021. He will be succeeded by Robert (Bob) Riesbeck, an operations-focused senior executive with 25 years of experience in both public and private companies. Riesbeck will begin as executive vice president, while DiLucente will remain in his current role with Terminix during the transition and through the filing of its 2020 Annual Report on Form 10-K, which is expected in late February 2021. After the annual report, Riesbeck will assume the additional role of chief financial officer, while DiLucente will remain with the company in an advisory capacity until March 31.
