Burns Pest Elimination, Phoenix, Ariz., announced the promotion of longtime employee Monica Chesley to director of commercial sales. She has been with the company since 1995. In her 27 years at Burns, Chesley has focused on sales and management responsibilities. As director of commercial sales, she will be responsible for overseeing the business development for all of Burns’ commercial service verticals.
Truly Nolen recently announced the promotion of Josh Wakefield to sales manager, Phoenix, Prescott and Flagstaff. When not in the field, his office will remain based out of the company’s North Valley service office. Wakefield joined Truly Nolen in 2015 as a territory builder in Flagstaff, and he was promoted to North Valley manager in August 2019.
Massey Services announced the promotion of Reggie LaPiere to regional manager for the company’s South Carolina region. LaPiere joined Massey Services in 2016 as a general manager in training before assuming the role of general manager for the Charleston service center. In his new role, LaPiere will oversee all of Massey’s service centers in South Carolina, including Greenville, Columbia, Charleston and Hilton Head Island, providing strategic leadership to more than 100 team members.
Atlantic Legal Foundation Chairman and President Hayward D. Fisk announced the appointment of Greg Baumann to the foundation’s advisory council. Baumann is vice president of global regulatory and technical services for Nisus Corporation, Rockford, Tenn.
Forshaw, Charlotte, N.C., announced the appointment of Kyle Varona to oversee the company’s Central and South Florida territories as core account manager. Varona will manage sales, client engagement and professional partnerships in the Southeast. He is a second-generation pest management professional with more than 14 years of industry experience. He previously served as general manager of Fahey Pest and Lawn Solutions and manager of Truly Nolen Pest Control’s Albuquerque branch.
Valent U.S.A., San Ramon, Calif., appointed Dave Poling as vice president of marketing. Poling will be responsible for leading and developing the marketing organization and directing the portfolio strategies for Valent’s products and services in the United States and Canada.
