The acquisition adds density to Bug Out’s presence in central Florida, adding approx. $1m in revenue and more than 2,500 pest, termite and lawn service customers. “Joining with the pest control professionals at Bug Out marks a new chapter in the history of the company my Dad, Rodney Torrance, began 35 years ago,” said Tonia Britt. “Their focus on providing great service is very much in line with ours. Dad and I worked diligently to find the perfect fit for our customers and our team. The customers will benefit from this partnership and the new pest control options that this company brings to the table.”
