A highlight of this year’s NPMA PestWorld, held in Nashville, Tenn., in October, was the presentation of the 2015 PCT/Syngenta Crown Leadership Awards. The awards spotlight individuals who have contributed positively to the growth and development of the structural pest control industry, as well as established ties with fellow business leaders, civic groups and customers in their local communities. This is the 27th consecutive year in which Syngenta has partnered with PCT for the awards.
“We couldn’t be more proud to recognize five individuals who give tirelessly of themselves for the success of their organizations, the benefit of the pest control industry and the betterment of their communities,” said PCT Publisher Dan Moreland.
Added Pat Willenbrock, head of marketing, Syngenta PPM, “We are excited to honor some amazing individuals that inspire us with their dedication to our collective mission to provide healthier, more pest-free environments in the communities we serve. Syngenta is proud to recognize them through the Crown Leadership Awards alongside PCT, and to celebrate their achievements.” The 2015 Crown Leadership Award winners were:
- Jennifer Leggett, Lindsey Pest Services
- Ron Harrison, Rollins Inc.
- Trace McEuen, Univar
- Dr. Ed Vargo, Texas A&M University
- Chris McCloud, McCloud Services
Profiles of the winners were featured in a special 13th issue of PCT magazine that was mailed with the October issue. If you know of a member of the pest control industry you would like to nominate for next year’s Crown Leadership Awards email your nomination to Moreland at dmoreland@gie.net.
