Grupo Sasti Acquires Major Stake in Ezsa

With the addition of Ezsa, Grupo Sasti will be among the top three players in the pest control market in Spain and Portugal.

BURGOS, Spain - Grupo Sasti acquired a major stake in Ezsa. Based in Burgos, Spain, Ezsa employs more than 140 professionals. Terms were not disclosed.

With the addition of Ezsa, Grupo Sasti will be among the top three players in the pest control market in Spain and Portugal, with more than 400 employees. The founders of Ezsa will reinvest significantly in the group and will continue to be on the leadership team, helping to manage the business.

Alberto, Javier and Ignacio Santamarta, second generation founders and general managers, Ezsa, said the integration and reinvestment in Grupo Sasti is “truly exciting” because it “will enable multiple synergies and great growth options through complementary services.”
