DALLAS – HomeTeam Pest Defense has earned the nationally acclaimed “Partners of Choice” award for the fourth consecutive year. The “A” rating for quality was presented by builder David Weekley Homes and recognizes outstanding supplier performance. HomeTeam is the only pest management company to ever receive this well-respected industry award and one of eight companies to earn an “A” quality rating this year.
“HomeTeam Pest Defense is honored to be recognized by David Weekley Homes for our quality products and services,” said Debbie Silver, vice president of builder sales with HomeTeam. “This award demonstrates our company’s continued commitment to product quality, and our employees are proud of this achievement and recognition.”
The annual awards are based on David Weekley Homes’ National Trading Partner Survey, which measures supplier access, communication, timeliness, reliability, follow-through, confidence levels and other areas important to the business relationship. Now in its eleventh year, 800 team members evaluate approximately 200 suppliers on quality and service to their organization. Each year, the well-respected “Partners of Choice” award becomes increasingly difficult to attain. According to Bill Justus, vice president of supply chain services for David Weekley Homes, “Partners earn their rankings from numerous transactions and touch points throughout the year. Due to the length and breadth of our evaluation platform, you cannot talk your way to good results. Earning an award is difficult, and what HomeTeam has accomplished – winning for four consecutive years – is an outstanding achievement
