FAIRFAX, Va. - Justin McCauley, chief operating officer for McCauley Services, Benton, Ark., was named the National Pest Management Association's first Young Entrepreneur Award recipient, the association announced.
The award, presented by Rentokil, recognizes young entrepreneurs (under 40-years-old) working in the professional pest management industry who have helped create or develop an industry business, or those who have stewarded a meaningful industry concept to fruition, NPMA said.
In addition to his contributions to McCauley Services, McCauley is involved in his community through numerous organizations, including the Kiwanis of Saline County, Habitat for Humanity of Saline County and the Arkansas Pest Management Association.
"Rentokil is extremely honored to support the first-ever Young Entrepreneur Award," said John Myers, president, Rentokil. "This award demonstrates our commitment to developing our industry's next generation and Justin epitomizes the future of pest management."
