Rockwell Labs
www.rockwelllabs.comAll 35-gram InVict Gold syringes now include a built-in precision application tip with a snap-on cap that’s quicker and easier to use, reported Rockwell Labs. The built-in precision applicator tip is long and slender for fitting into tight cracks and crevices without the hassle of screw-on tips that are easy to lose, the company says. The snap-on cap prevents bait left in the tip from drying out when stored. This eliminates the hassle of screw-on application tips that must be removed to recap the syringe for storage and removes the need to clean dried bait out of removable application tips so they can be reused. InVict Gold Cockroach Gel is formulated with a unique blend of multiple food attractants and 2.15 percent imidacloprid. Its palatability allows for effective control of “normal” and “bait-adverse” roaches, Rockwell reported. The company recommended using the product in rotation with other roach baits such as InVict AB Gel Bait.
SiteOne
www.siteone.com/bmsSiteOne Landscape Supply announced that Intuit QuickBooks can be integrated through the SiteOne Sync app, allowing pest management and landscape professionals to quickly and easily gain valuable insights while saving time and operating more efficiently, the company said.
“We know that many landscape operators already use QuickBooks, so we are excited to make things easier for them by reducing the time it takes to keep track of SiteOne purchases in their QuickBooks accounts,” said Sean Kramer, chief information officer at SiteOne Landscape Supply. “With the app, users can automatically sync their SiteOne materials purchases directly into QuickBooks.”
SiteOne account holders who utilize the QuickBooks system for billing can download the free SiteOne Sync app from the QuickBooks App Store to connect accounts. Once connected, professionals can bring purchases from SiteOne into QuickBooks to see product details and fee breakdowns for each transaction. These can then be categorized individually, reducing manual entry and resulting errors while also gaining access to more important purchase details — including product descriptions, item costs, delivery fees and sales tax for each transaction, SiteOne said.
Control Solutions
www.controlsolutionsinc.comControl Solutions (CSI) introduced Doxem NXT, the latest combination chemistry aerosol for pest management professionals. Doxem NXT allows PMPs to apply indoxacarb as an aerosol. With a flexible label that includes food-handling uses, it is a premium ready-to-use solution for most pest problems, CSI said.
Doxem NXT is a broad-spectrum insecticide with four active ingredients and four unique modes of action. Since it’s formulated with non-repellent active ingredients, this aerosol product is compatible with other non-repellent applications, including baits, the company said. Additionally, it effectively kills many listed pests on contact while leaving behind a long residual, CSI added.
