WorkWave announced the launch of TEAM by WorkWave, an enterprise solution for various service industries looking to connect field-based operations with back-office resources and integrate with their financial management system and payroll processing tools.

WorkWave acquired TEAM Software, an enterprise software platform for cleaning, security and facilities management industries, in September 2021. TEAM by WorkWave features a modernized platform focused on mobile field operations, the company said.

“For businesses managing a distributed workforce, a streamlined-yet-powerful solution is required to engage employees, deliver on customer commitments and effectively connect field operations with back office decision making,” said Jill Davie, president, TEAM Software by WorkWave. “TEAM by WorkWave addresses these needs while providing key operational insights to business leaders in order to maximize margins. Your Crawlspace

The Your Crawlspace Encapsulation System (YCS) uses patented and proprietary technology to create a vapor system that is sealed without the use of mechanical fasteners.

The one-time permanent seal is backed by a YCS guarantee, the company said. All materials are low-VOC, minimizing the risk that installers will breathe in harmful chemicals on the job, said YCS.

The system’s one-time installation was designed for PCOs to save time and increase profits, the company said. According to YCS, obtaining a proper seal without mechanical fasteners reduces installation time by 50 percent.

Wildlife Control Supplies

Wildlife Control Supplies (WCS) introduced a new raccoon-sized trap, the WCS30PRO.

The lower portion and back of the trap are constructed of ½-inch-by-1-inch mesh, which prevents animals from pulling dirt and debris into it. With a simplified locking mechanism and finger grip, the trap can be set and the door released easily, said WCS. The pan has a beveled back for added strength and is protected by lift guards on both sides. 

Available with a sliding rear door, the WCS30PROR model is designed to simplify baiting and animal release, WCS said.

The traps also can be used for armadillo, feral cats, woodchuck (groundhog), and similarly sized animals.
