Business Card Evaluation for: Jodi Dorsch, PCT Media Group

Criteria/Score

  1. Is your logo used prominently?      10
  2. Does your card contain your correct phone numbers & locations? 10
  3. Is your card printed on a heavy-weight, distinctive paper stock?        8
NOTE: Paper could be heaver – nice linen finish gives a professional feel to the card.
  4. Does your card contain a statement of exactly what your business does?         2
NOTE: Though most people in your industry understand the nature of your business, it’s a good idea to include a statement of exactly what it is that the PCT Media Group does – for those people who may not be familiar with the pest control industry.
  5. Does your card contain your email address? 10
  6. Does your card contain your Fax number?    10
  7. Does your card contain your Website address?   10
  8. Does the design of your card contain plenty of strategically placed
    "white" space?
           7
NOTE: Though there is plenty of white space on your card, the overall design is a little heavy on the left side, leaving all the white space in the lower right quadrant. I’d suggest moving the phone numbers & web address to the right side for better balance.
  9. Is your card printed in at least two colors?       10
  10. Do you print something on the back of your card? 0
NOTE:  Make use of the back of your card for a complete list of services, an ad message or information to drive people to your web site.

Total Score            77

Total Score Rating:

0-35       Your card could benefit from a complete redesign.

36-55     Your card is adequate but could benefit from a redesign.

56-75     Your card is quite acceptable but may not be working as hard for you as it should.

76-90      Your card is definitely above average with only a few minor modifications suggested.

91-100    Congratulations! Your card is a winner and nicely reflects your professionalisms and your company.
