Louisville, Ky.-based Black Diamond Pest Control announced the addition of its southern Kentucky location, which is often referred to as “SOKY.” The company is now servicing southern Kentucky, Bowling Green/Leitchfield areas, with termite and pest control services, as well as bed bug control.

Maheu&Maheu, located in Quebec City, celebrated 85 years in the pest control industry. To kick-off celebrations, employees and their families joined Maheu family members at the Valcartier Hotel in April, where top management presented Serge-Boutin Excellence Scholarships to employees’ children and the Julie-Maheu Merit Scholarships to the children of the Maheu family.

Suburban Exterminating, headquartered in Smithtown, N.Y., announced the eighth anniversary of its children’s library program, where the company’s entomologists teach third- through fifth-graders in Long Island about insects and other creatures.

Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of Knockout Pest & Termite, a full-service company located in Baldwin and Mobile Counties in Alabama. This transaction allows Arrow to grow and reach more residential and commercial customers and strengthens Arrow’s presence in the fast-growing South Alabama market.
