Atlanta, Ga.-based Inspect-All Services was named by the Atlanta Business Chronicle to the 2018 Atlanta Pacesetter list. The Pacesetter Awards recognize Atlanta’s top 100 fastest-growing privately held companies. Pictured are co-owners Brandon Lunsford (left) and Brian Lunsford.

Miller Pest & Termite, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, opened a new branch office in Kansas City, Mo., earlier this year. This is the company’s second expansion in the last two years. Miller Pest & Termite provides residential and commercial pest control, termite, bed bug and mosquito services.

Greensboro, N.C.-based Terminix-Triad purchased a property to house its corporate headquarters, training center and operations for its local Greensboro residential branch and the commercial branch, which services the Piedmont Triad. Terminix-Triad was represented by Robin Tyler and Beau McIntosh of the local NAI Piedmont Triad in the purchase of the 41,650-square-foot building.

901 Pest Control Services, headquartered in Collierville, Tenn., entered into the North Mississippi pest control market with the acquisition of Horn Lake, Miss.-based Bug Doctor Pest Control. Bug Doctor will continue to provide its services under its current name to its existing customers.

Brody Brothers Pest Control of Owing Mills, Md., earned the home service industry’s Angie’s List Super Service Award (SSA). This award honors service professionals who have maintained exceptional service ratings and reviews on Angie’s List in 2017. This is the 10th year in a row that Brody Brothers Pest Control has received this honor. Brothers Levi and Talis Brody run the second-generation company.
