Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company based in Jacksonville, Fla., acquired Angus Termite & Pest Control, Palm City, Fla. The acquisition marks the third in Florida for Turner Pest Control. Angus Termite & Pest Control was founded by Shawn Mosley, who has decades of experience in the pest control industry.

Potomac Company announced the sale of its client, Greenleaf Organic Pest Management, to Orkin Pest Control. Greenleaf, based in North Hollywood, Calif., was founded by Stan and Lori Lake in 1998. Potomac acted as exclusive financial adviser to Greenleaf.

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators recently hosted the company’s top-performing sales professionals and management team members at its annual Premier Club and Circle of Diamonds event at the InterContinental Hotel in historic Montreal. More than 400 participants were treated to the Quebecois style of the city, visiting memorable landmarks along with shopping, golfing and a speed boat extravaganza on the Saint Lawrence River. “It was a great honor to be able to recognize Arrow’s top-producing sales professionals and our incredible leadership team at this year’s Premier Club and Circle of Diamonds trip,” commented Emily Thomas Kendrick, Arrow’s CEO and president.

The Aust Group announced that its client, Desert Pacific Exterminators, was acquired by Terminix International. Desert Pacific Exterminators is located in Yucca Valley, Calif., and was founded in 1991 by Steve and Laurie Hawkins. The Aust Group represented Desert Pacific as its exclusive financial advisor.

North Carolina-based Go-Forth Pest Control acquired Intersect Pest Control, located in China Grove, N.C. Go-Forth also recently purchased a new office location in Charlotte. The purchase provides more square footage, larger meeting facilities, improved amenities and a home-like feel for the headquarters of the company’s Charlotte branch.
