Inc. magazine ranked Sarasota, Fla.-based Environmental Pest Service as No. 979; Conyers, Ga.-based Inspect-All Services as No. 2,023; and Scottsdale, Ariz.-based GPS Insight as No. 3,668 on its 35th annual Inc. 5000, a list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States based on revenue growth from 2012 to 2015. Both EPS and Inspect-All made the list for the second year in a row, while it is the seventh consecutive year that GPS Insight has been named an honoree, having posted three-year sales growth of 85 percent.
Lloyd Pest Control Services of Oshawa, Ontario, was acquired by Orkin Canada. Founded in 1975, Lloyd provides commercial and residential pest control services in Ontario; the transaction will enable Lloyd’s shareholders, Lorne and Nancy Collins, to retire while providing significant growth opportunities for Lloyd’s management team and staff. Paul Giannamore of The Potomac Company acted as the sole and exclusive valuation and M&A adviser to Lloyd.
