Rentokil Steritech, a Rentokil North America company, announced the acquisition of Russell’s Pest Control of Knoxville, Tenn. The acquisition further expands Rentokil Steritech’s footprint in the Tennessee market. Russell’s Pest Control was founded in 1971 and current owners Mark and Vickie Nadolski took ownership in 2011 from Vickie’s parents. PCO M&A Specialist, a division of PCO Bookkeepers, acted as exclusive financial adviser to Russell’s Pest Control.
Fox Pest Control, which has 18 branches in the United States, completed its first company-wide Pick Up Trash project in September, picking up garbage in the communities it services. “Righteous living is one of Fox Pest Control’s core values. We believe that character matters all of the time, in and out of the workplace,” said Kezia Whitteker, director of marketing.“It was awesome that our teams were able to work together to give back to our local communities.” More than 150 Fox Pest Control employees across 13 branches spent the morning collecting trash and refuse in their local communities from Connecticut to Texas.
In October, Turner Pest Control, Jacksonville, Fla., an Anticimex company, acquired Bingham’s Professional Pest Management. The family-owned and -operated Bingham is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla., and serves thousands of customers throughout the Tampa Bay area. Rand Hollon of Preferred Business Brokers acted as the exclusive adviser to Bingham’s in the transaction.
