Certus continues its expansion in the Pacific Northwest with the acquisition of Whitworth Pest Solutions, Puyallup, Wash. Whitworth was founded in 1981 by Dr. Terry Whitworth.
Birmingham, Ala.-based Waynes Pest Control announced strategic expansion in Tennessee with the acquisition of Preferred Pest headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn. Waynes operates in the Greater Knoxville market as Dayton’s Pest Control. Waynes is an Anticimex company operating in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.
Hoffer Pest Solutions, Coral Springs, Fla., was featured on the home improvement show “Designing Spaces” in November. Designing Spaces is a TV program on the Lifetime channel in which homeowners help redesign or recreate their living spaces. Hoffer Pest Solutions helped a Florida homeowner’s two-year battle with a rat infestation.
Axiom Eco-Pest Control, Milwaukie, Ore., made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies for the third year in a row. Axiom Eco-Pest Control ranked 4581 on the 2020 Inc. 5000.
Turner Pest Control, which serves residential and commercial clients in Florida and South Georgia, acquired Micah Services, Titusville, Fla. “Micah Services, Inc.’s leadership team has more than 80 years of combined experience and is highly regarded in our industry,” says Turner Pest Control President Bill Talon. “We’re proud to have them on board and we’re confident that both of our companies will benefit from our shared commitment to exceptional quality and service.” Micah Services was owned and operated by Micah Nix and Chad Easley.
