Modern Pest Services announced it acquired Paramount Pest Control of Boston, Mass. Paramount was founded in 1993 and is a well-known provider of commercial pest control services in the Boston metro region. “With the acquisition of Paramount we strengthen our market position and increase our presence in and around Boston,” said Modern Pest Services President Scott Stevenson. “This is an important step in our strategy to expand in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.”

This transaction further strengthens Arrow ‘s presence in the Gulf Coast region of Lower Alabama and allows Arrow to expand and reach more residential and commercial customers with a full line of services.
Terminix Service, Columbia, S.C., has released a ranking of the most active termite cities across its service area in South Carolina, Western North Carolina and the Central Savannah River Area of Georgia. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Bug Out Service announced the acquisition of Pro Lawn-Plus/All Seasons Pest Control, which expands Bug Out’s presence in this market and adds more than $1 million in annual revenue and 3,600 customers. Pro Lawn-Plus/All Seasons Pest Control has been operating in the Jacksonville market for more than 30 years, offering lawn and shrub care, pest management and termite control services. A total of seven employees will join the Bug Out team.
Phoenix Pigeon Control Company recently expanded its operations to serve the entire Valley of the Sun, including all cities surrounding Phoenix, Ariz. The company focuses on pigeon control, removal and deterrent.
