McNeely Pest Control, based in Winston-Salem, N.C., announced the acquisition of Iredell Pest Control of Statesville, N.C. Scott McNeely, president of McNeely Pest Control, stated, “We are very excited to have Iredell Pest Control merging with our firm and look forward to continuing the superior service that Kenny Shoemaker has provided to his customers for many years.”

Orlando, Fla.-based Massey Services announced that the company was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) as one of Central Florida’s “Best Places to Work.” This marks the eighth time the company has received this honor. Placement on the OBJ’s Best Places to Work list is the result of an anonymous online survey that is completed by Massey Services team members. The survey includes inquiries about teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits and other company characteristics or benefits.

About 50 members of the PermaTreat team (below), headquartered in Fredericksburg, Va., came out in support of the Fredericksburg Multiple Sclerosis walk and fundraising event in May. Through the efforts of Joe Wilson and PermaTreat employees, $12,871 was raised for the charity.

Atlanta, Ga.-based Rollins announced the stock purchase of Aardwolf Pestkare (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The acquisition is Rollins’ first company-owned operation in Singapore. Established in 1997, Aardwolf Pestkare was founded by John Ho and Patrick Chong. Chong will stay on with the company as managing director.
