CLEVELAND – PCT announced Dannis Warf and Jim Bartley as winners of this summer’s trendy Red White & Brood X t-shirts from Old School Shirts.
Warf and Bartley’s names were randomly drawn from a pool of PCT’s readers who entered this contest earlier this summer. The contest was launched as part of PCT’s celebration of this summer’s Brood X emergence.
Warf is a regional sales manager (Great Lakes region) for Central Life Sciences out of Sherman, Ill. He supports Central Life Sciences’ specialty ag materials (grain protectives). Prior to joining Central Life Sciences, Warf spent more than 30 years as fumigator and pest management professional. To his surprise, Brood X did not emerge in his area this year, but they were “very thick” the last time they emerged (2004). “It’s one of things you look forward to, but you don't,” he joked.
Bartley is owner of Platinum Pest Management, Jupiter, Fla., and a 30-year veteran of the pest management industry. His company, which was just launched in March, services Palm Beach County, and he offers both general pest control and termite services. “I enjoy interacting with all of my customers and helping them solve their problems. No two days are alike,” he said.
