PCT Top 100 Awards Ceremony and Executive Summit to be Held Next Month

On June 7-8, PCT will welcome Top 100 companies to Orlando, Fla., for the sixth PCT Top 100 Awards Ceremony and Executive Summit, hosted by Syngenta. The event will be held at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.

The day-and-a-half program will feature a mix of networking and education events geared specifically towards Top 100 firms, culminating with a reception, dinner and plaque presentation on the second night.

The keynote session, “The Power of Understanding People,” will be presented by author Dave Mitchell. His program provides company leaders with tools to help them better communicate and connect with their team. This training event provides a combination of content, humor and audience interaction. Attendees will discover the cornerstone of high performance and tips for enhancing communication, teamwork and influence.

Other sessions and speakers include:

  • “Leading a Peak Performance Culture,” presented by Mitchell.
  • “A Conversation with Rentokil,” a fireside chat with Rentokil Senior Vice President David Fisher and PCT Publisher Jodi Dorsch about the Terminix acquisition, successful integration practices and more.
  • “Why Diversity is Good for Your Business,” presented by Brandon Bell, Syngenta North American Diversity and Inclusion lead.
  • Diversity panel featuring Aly Silva Mulgrew, Plunkett’s Pest Control; Kevin Burns, Arrow Exterminators; and Hamilton Allen, HomeTeam Pest Defense.
  • “Why Philanthropy Matters” panel discussion, featuring Scarlett Nolen, Truly Nolen of America; Bobby Jenkins, ABC Home & Commercial Services; and Bill Hoffman, Hoffman’s Exterminating.
