FMC
FMC’s EndZone Insecticide Stickers are now available through pest management distribution channels, as is a two-minute video illustrating the stickers’ speed and effectiveness. To watch a time-lapse photography video of EndZone controlling a single fly in less than 60 seconds and more than 1,000 flies in less than 48 hours, visit www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOS8WFplBGc.
The EndZone Insecticide Sticker starts to kill filth files in less than one minute after contact, with up to seven months residual action indoors and four months of residual action outdoors, when protected from rain, excess moisture, dirt, dust and filth, the firm says. EndZone is powered by a patented formulation of acetamiprid and an insect food source on a 4¼-inch square sticker that can be applied on windows, under counters, behind equipment, in or around trash cans, near floor drains and other surfaces where flies congregate. EndZone can be used both indoors and outdoors in residential settings and in commercial trash areas, kitchens and food storage areas, and fits into many different service programs, FMC reports.
EndZone can be used to kill house flies, little house flies, blow flies, bottle flies, flesh flies, phorid flies, fungus gnats and vinegar (fruit) flies. No odors, fumes or vapors are released upon activation. To use, place stickers on windows, near light sources, inside cabinets or on other surfaces where flies congregate. FMC recommends one sticker per 1,000 cubic feet, though more stickers can be used for heavier infestations.

Trece
Trece has introduced the new Storgard Quick-Change Ultra-Combi moth and beetle monitoring systems, which are adhesive-based traps that have pheromone and kairomone lures already installed in them. These Long-Life controlled-release lures give PMPs predictable quality, predictable results, predictable field life and predictable shelf life, Trece reports. The high-quality barrier packaging eliminates harmful oxygen and is reclosable for convenient storage, according to Trece.

Bayer CropScience
Temprid ReadySpray from Environmental Science, a division of Bayer CropScience LP, is now approved for use in New York. Bayer says the new easy-to-use insecticide received approval from EPA earlier this year and has been on the market since September.
The product can be applied at all angles. And with its Bayer Ready-to-Spray technology, the can completely empties after its use and does not release a propellant or emit odors, the manufacturer says. Temprid ReadySpray provides a residual of up to six months for control of bed bugs and a broad spectrum of hard-to-kill indoor pests, including spiders, ants and occasional invaders, the company said. Temprid ReadySpray’s dual mode of action kills bed bugs resistant to pyrethroid insecticides, in addition to bed bug eggs.
Temprid ReadySpray’s dual mode of action is designed for indoor residential and commercial use, as a crack or crevice injection or spot treatment for more than 50 pests. It will not damage paints, plastics, fabrics or other surfaces where water alone causes no damage, and does not require pumping prior to application, Bayer reports.
