Rockwell Labs’ InTice 10 Perimeter Bait is now labeled for control of carpenter ants. InTice 10’s highly attractive, proprietary bait matrix doesn’t chase worker ants away, Rockwell Labs reports; it gives them something to carry back to the nest, solving the problem at the source. In addition to carpenter ants, InTice 10 kills a wide variety of other ants, cockroaches, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, millipedes, sow bugs, mole crickets, snails and slugs. The mold- and moisture-resistant, economical and broad-spectrum bait is approved for indoor and outdoor use, the manufacturer says. InTice 10 lasts up to 90 days outdoors, and the active ingredient will not break down from heat or UV light, Rockwell Labs reports. No PPE is required (California state regulations may differ). InTice 10 Perimeter Bait is the only 10 percent boric acid granular bait on the market and comes in 1-, 4-, 10- and 40-pound pack sizes.
Anstar Products
www.fieldworkhq.com
Anstar Products has released two new features for its pest management software, Fieldwork. Available immediately, Fieldwork users now have the ability to document each service or inspection with photos and view all past service notes directly through the Fieldwork Mobile iOS and Android app.
Photo documentation creates a second-page addendum to service reports detailing both the image and notes based on the technician’s findings. The photos are available in real-time to office staff and to customers through the printed or emailed service report and through the private customer portal.
Now, with the addition of service history for each location, technicians are never without pertinent past service or inspection data. In each Service Location’s detailed page in the Fieldwork Mobile app, technicians can scroll through and view all past notes and chemical/material use for each service.
In addition to the photo documentation and access to service history, Fieldwork Mobile app users can now add new customers and new work orders directly from the mobile app. Information added through the mobile app, including customers and work orders, is synced in real-time to the user’s online Fieldwork account.
These new features are recent improvements to the Fieldwork Mobile app that also tracks detailed chemical use, includes custom PDF integration, manages pest activity through scanning barcoded devices, tracks technician location through GPS technology, captures digital customer and technician signatures, and communicates all service-related information to the online system in real-time.

Syngenta Professional Pest Management
www.syngentapmp.com
Syngenta Professional Pest Management (PPM) offers new, larger package sizes of Demand CS insecticide and Tandem insecticide for PMPs. These package sizes can provide cost-savings for PMPs, particularly for those looking to service large-volume accounts, the firm reports.
The packaging additions include the Demand CS master shipper, a single case that contains 24 quarts of Demand CS, and Tandem in a 2-quart bottle. According to Syngenta, these new sizes join the existing line of packaging options, providing PMPs with a more comprehensive selection of product sizes to best suit their specific business needs.
Demand CS is formulated with iCAP technology, developed by Syngenta PPM, and it controls more than 30 pests, including ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, mosquitoes, ticks and more. Microcaps of multiple sizes release the active ingredient lambda-cyhalothrin over time for immediate and residual control for up to three months. Even when used at its low use rate, Demand CS can deliver more than 10,000 microcaps per square inch of coverage for greater control, the company says.
Also featuring iCAP technology, Tandem provides quick knockdown and long-lasting “cupboard-to-curb” control of more than 90 insects. Tandem combines two active ingredients, lambda-cyhalothrin and thiamethoxam, to provide a double assault on pests with one product. In addition, application flexibility allows Tandem to be used indoors for residential and commercial areas and outdoors for perimeter or spot treatment to control general pests, as well as for full-yard treatments to control turf pests.

Service Pro has introduced a new module, Quick Search, for its ServSuite software.
With its redesigned interface, the module provides ServSuite users with a quicker, simpler way of getting the most relevant customer information on screen in an instant, the company said.
Quick Search allows a similar customer search as in the current ServSuite Search module, but introduces two new features:
- The Account Smart Portal — a quick reference screen, which allows users to see account notes, account balance, payment history, service history, future service dates and more, in an easy-to-read format.
- Seamless connection with an office VOIP phone system. Any ServSuite user with an office VOIP phone system can use this new feature if their PBX (system/software) allows a feature called “URL pop or screen pop.” When a customer whose number exists in the database calls the office, ServSuite will capture the caller ID and open the newly designed Account Smart Portal to view customer account details.

Rodent-proof door sweeps are one of the most important steps in rodent-proofing a building — a simple, cost-effective solution that provides instant protection and benefits, Xcluder says.

FMC Global Specialty Solutions recently announced the U.S. Department of Defense selected the company’s EndZone Insecticide Sticker for authorized use by the Armed Forces Pest Management Board (AFPMB) and has assigned the stickers a National Stock Number. The stickers are applied to surfaces near where flies congregate, with a recommended coverage of at least one sticker per 1,000 cubic feet.
EndZone stickers start to kill filth files in less than one minute after exposure and provide up to seven months residual action indoors and four months of residual action outdoors, the firm says.
