Rockwell Labs Ltd
Rockwell Labs Ltd has received EPA approval for improved labeling of its InTice Smart Ant Gel and InTice Thiquid Ant Bait. InTice Smart Ant Gel is designed to be a highly palatable, non-dripping gel with a unique texture that allows ants to continue feeding on the bait even as it dries. InTice Thiquid Ant Bait is a thick syrup bait designed to be highly palatable to a wide range of ants. The product can be used as is or diluted with water to make a liquid bait, the company says.
The new labels allow the products to be used in food areas, even when the facility is in operation, according to the company, and Pharaoh ants have been added to the labels. In addition, the diluted Thiquid Ant Bait can now be applied as a spot spray on surfaces outdoors, further expanding potential treatment sites.
InTice Smart Ant Gel is available in a six-pack box, and also individually boxed in a counter display of 12. InTice Thiquid Ant Bait is available in a handy 4-ounce dropper bottle and an economical 1-gallon jug with a pump top. The products are part of Rockwell’s Green Zone line of products.

The Spectroline BIB-150P ultraviolet lamp is a sanitation tool designed to quickly and positively confirm the presence of trace amounts of rodent urine and droppings, oil, grease, dust and other impurities that cause health violations.

Exaktime
Exaktime has introduced PocketClock/GPS for BlackBerry, software that transforms a BlackBerry smartphone into a portable GPS time clock and management tool for supervisors in the field. Part of The JobClock System, a time and attendance solution designed specifically for harsh or outdoor work environments, PocketClock/GPS lets mobile employees or crews clock in and out at dozens of locations each week and record what type of work they are doing. Each time punch includes a GPS fix so the office knows the location of every clock in/out and can quickly view travel times between locations. Managers also can set a virtual perimeter, or "geofence," around each jobsite to highlight employees clocking in/out. The system displays a map, pinpointing jobsites and overlaying attendance data onto the map.
A supervisor can use the BlackBerry’s camera to take photos at the work site and also can record audio field notes. Photos and voice recordings can be combined with written field notes typed into the BlackBerry and tagged either for the work site, an employee or for a work activity.
