Party On, John
Our senior technician, John Dawson, was one of the finalists for PCT and BASF’s Technician of the Year Awards this year and we were incredibly proud of him. We wrote a press release and forwarded it on to some of John’s customers.
Today, I got a call from the facilities manager at our largest pharmaceutical client to let me know that they held a small party this morning for John in their conference room to celebrate him being nominated for the Technician of the Year Awards.
They had cupcakes and gummy worms for John and all the staff was excited to share that with him. He thanked me for letting them know and said they were all very happy for John.
I’ve never heard of a customer throwing a party for their pest professional, but if anyone deserves it, John does. The Technician of the Year Awards is a great example of the industry recognizing hard work, professionalism and dedication.

Thanks for
Thinking of Us
This letter is a heartfelt thank you for being included in PCT’s 25 Companies to Watch. We were ecstatic to see Bug Doctor mentioned in there, and I thought PCT contributing writer Anne Nagro did a tremendous job with the article. I am much appreciative. It is an honor and a privilege to be published with this group of 25 companies. My thanks again for always being willing to hear from us and publish our work, and, at the same time, to recognize us.
