Top 100 — WOW!
I wanted to thank you again for creating the PCT Top 100. It has been a dream and a business goal of mine since 2002 to be in the Top 100, and it is beyond my wildest dreams to see our name on the list, and to be part of such an elite group of pest control companies.
My wife, Donna, and I have four sons, and my 18-year-old, Daniel, said, "That is very cool," after seeing the list. For an 18-year-old to say that, it obviously has to be very special. After my son, Nick, read the article, he asked me, "Dad, now that you are in the Top 100, what is your new goal, to be in the top 50, or the top 25?" I said to him that that’s a great question and I’ll have to get back to him on it.
My wife, Donna, and I were so excited to attend the PCT Top 100 Awards Ceremony and Executive Summit in Cleveland, Ohio, at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to receive our award.
Just a heartfelt thank you for being part of making our business dream come true.

Proud of "Pay Day"
Thank you so much for thinking of us and for quoting us accurately in the October PCT cover story "Pay Day." We enjoyed reading the article and I predict you will receive many compliments for doing a story on a subject most PCOs will find interesting. Please let me know if we can ever help you again in the future!

Great Respect For Our Elders
I don’t think PCT could have written a more inspiring article ("PCO Phelps Still Solving Pest Problems at Age 85," October PCT)! As a senior myself, age 62, I think your story of Milt’s career is inspiring and challenging. Our world is changing but the commitment to excellence is a constant.
With the changes in our culture and economy, the conventional thinking of retirement at 65 is out the window! Milt proves that one can keep going and helping people for a loooong time. I love what I do and I get up every morning and run three miles by 6 a.m. Jesus is a part of my life and I love serving and helping.
As Winston Churchill would say, "Never give up!" Thanks for your piece and how ‘bout a follow-up on PCOs long of tooth still making it happen!
