PPMA Research Shows an Uptick in Engagement for Rodents, Mosquitoes and Wasps

PPMA has released its artificial intelligence (AI) research findings for April 2021, which showed an uptick in engagement around the topics of rodents, mosquitoes and wasps.


FAIRFAX, Va. - The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), the public outreach arm of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), has released its artificial intelligence (AI) research findings for April 2021.

Interesting findings include:

  • Engagement around the topic of rats increased a staggering 293% from March 2021 to April 2021, representing the highest increase out of any other core pest during that time.
  • Engagement around the topic of mosquitoes increased 29% from March 2021 to April 2021.
  • Engagement around the topic of wasps increased 18% from March 2021 to April 2021.
