The past months have proven to be prosperous for the industry overall, but they haven’t been without their challenges.

We’ve also added other noteworthy features including Tech Tipping — which lets your customers provide tips for technicians who go above and beyond — as well as numerous additions to our mobile app and software, impactful enhancements to our e-commerce platform, and more.

As our industry continues to evolve, the role of technology is more important than ever, as you’ll undoubtedly discover in this report.
