Safer Home Services Opens New Service Center

Safer Home Services has achieved another milestone by opening their newest service center in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., to service the Manatee County area.

President & CEO Jim Swayne says Safer’s re-introduction of the Once-A-Year Pest Protection concept has created tremendous demand and opening their first new service center south of Tampa Bay was an easy decision to make. The Lakewood Ranch area is one of the fastest growing residential areas in Florida and a perfect fit for Safer’s business model.

Shaun Reeves, an industry veteran of over 18 years, has been promoted to branch manager to run the new service center. Reeves started his career with Orkin, built a very successful company, Reeves Pest Control in Springhill, Tenn., and joined Safer Home Services in 2016. He is an Associate Certified Entomologist and is certified in Florida, Georgia, Tennesee, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
