PCI Launches New Training and Support App for TAP Providers

The TAP App is a support platform that combines written and video training content, consumer-facing sales aids, a bag calculator, and quoting aids to complete contracts on the spot.


LULA, Ga – One of the unique features of the TAP Pest Control Insulation program is its complimentary training and support program. A new app, the TAP App, places the entire program directly in the hands of TAP providers allowing them access to training and support when needed most.

“We understand that our providers interact with our support platform while on the job site and not sitting at a desktop,” said PCI Founder and CEO Bill Turk. “So, we wanted to provide better way to be successful.”

The progressive web app debuted earlier this month with strong feedback from existing TAP providers, PCI reports. The TAP App is a support platform that combines written and video training content, consumer-facing sales aids, a bag calculator, and quoting aids to complete contracts on the spot. Additional features include a list of FAQs, product literature, and an overview of both attic capping and attic restoration designed for TAP providers. The app complements Pest Control Insulation's training and support program.
