SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – Join Target Specialty Products and Brian Mount M.S. B.C.E., technical service manager, FMC, for the "Winning Tactics For Perimeter Pest Control" webinar on April 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. PST/1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. EST. This educational training webinar will discuss best tactics for perimeter pest control including, but not limited to, the inspection of the perimeter of a home, equipment calibration, and how to identify perimeter pests.

Mount joined the pest control industry in 1995 through a management training program for a large pest control company. He spent two years there before becoming a sales and training manager for a much smaller company. There, he spent three more years doing hands-on pest and termite work, sales, and technical management. From 2000 to 2010, Mount worked for FMC in a technical service role. His varied experiences with FMC have given him a unique insight into the types if issues, both positive and negative, that pest professionals deal with every day.

From 2006 to 2010, Mount took on a much broader set of responsibilities as a field technical service representative for the Western U.S. He was responsible for working with not only insecticides, but also herbicides and fungicides across all markets, including structural pest, golf, T&O and nursery greenhouse. He had the opportunity to work with university researchers on new product development trial, writing protocols, seeking advice, and creating relationships across the Western U.S.

From 2011 to 2013, Mount took on the challenging role of turf market specialist in the state of Florida. This new role was a combination of the technical and sales role with responsibilities for both in the turf market. Starting in 2014, he has worked in the technical service manager role for all insecticides nationwide.
