The Crown Leadership Awards: A 35-Year Journey

It’s great to be celebrating another year of hard work and inspiring accomplishments among pest management industry professionals. Each year, our industry never fails to amaze me as they find innovative ways to overcome difficult pest control challenges, always keeping the needs of their customers and communities in mind.

These individuals are why Syngenta has been privileged to continually sponsor the Crown Leadership Awards for more than three decades. The winners of this year’s prestigious award are undeniable leaders within our industry. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to live a life uninterrupted by pests.

We are honored to congratulate the 2023 Crown Leadership Award recipients: Ted Brayton, Jim Fredericks, Justin McCauley, Eve Pappas and Changlu Wang. Each of them has gone above and beyond in their respective roles, providing guidance and inspiration to so many in our industry.
