TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of two long-time Executive Team employees to newly-created positions. Matt Wild has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and will remain based at the company’s Corporate Headquarters at 432 S. Williams Blvd., Tucson. Justin Bellet has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and will remain based out of the Company’s Florida Operations Headquarters at 2082 33rd Street, 2nd Floor, Orlando.

Wild, who originally worked for Truly Nolen from 1999-2001 as a staff accountant and then two years working on acquisitions and strategic planning, re-joined the company in 2013 as Director of Finance and Business Strategies. Prior to re-joining Truly Nolen, he spent 10 years as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a regional healthcare company in San Luis Obispo, Calif. called San Luis Sports Therapy/Movement for Life.

“I am most excited about continuing to further emphasize a positive, customer-oriented culture both for external and internal customers while working with our team to take our customer experience to the next level in terms of service delivery and ease of engaging with the company,” said Wild. “I know when I call any of my co-workers throughout the company, I am going to be speaking with someone who wants to treat people the right way for the right reasons.”

Bellet, who has been with Truly Nolen since 2001, began as a Manager-In-Training in Florida and has held multiple positions throughout his career including Service Office Manager in both West Broward and Hollywood, District Manager in Tucson and Texas, Eastern Region Manager Florida, and most recently Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he owned his own exterior construction company for two years building decks and swimming pools.

“For the customer, I am really looking forward to enhancing our customer experience moving into the future as the expectations have become about how easy and intuitive your business is for their lifestyle needs,” said Bellet. “For our team members, one of my goals is to have a career path for every person based on skill development and the person’s individual goals.”

“As I examined the make-up of our Executive Team, I wanted to create new roles for tenured employees that aligned with some of the responsibilities they were already undertaking,” said Scarlett Nolen, President. “Matt and Justin exemplify the best of what our company has to offer in terms of talent and passion and I know both of them will continue to have a positive impact on the company culture in their new roles. I am fortunate to continue to have both of them as part of my Executive Team.”
