Versacor Promotes Three

Keith Heath, Ryan Gates and Chris Castillo have all been promoted at the Texas firm.

SOUTHLAKE, Texas - Versacor Managed Pest Solutions, Southlake, Texas, announced the promotion of Keith Heath, Ryan Gates and Chris Castillo.

Heath has become district manager of the newly-formed Austin-San Antonio district. Each branch will still operate independently; however, Heath will have overall responsibility for the combined operation with the intention of leveraging synergies between the two branches to provide an even higher level of combined growth. Heath started with the company in 2013 as a service specialist and has worked his way up through the ranks as account executive, branch manager, general Manager, and now, district manager.

Castillo has been promoted to regional operations specialist. He will have significant responsibility in providing assistance to all branches by helping solve difficult pest issues and more complex jobs. Castillo will also spearhead the development of the nascent West Texas operation within the DFW branch. Chris joined the company in 2011 as a service specialist before moving into a service manager role and now the regional operations specialist position. He has 19 years in the industry.

Gates has been promoted to the position of technical services manager. He will continue in his role as company trainer while overseeing both the technical, and safety departments. Gates joined the company in 2015 as a service specialist in the DFW Branch before becoming the total quality manager in 2018. Then sequentially technical services manager in 2022. Among his other skills Gates has a degree in anthropology and is an associate certified entomologist (ACE).
