Viking Acquires RJS Pest Management Specialists

WARREN, N.J.  – Viking Termite & Pest Control announced it has acquired RJS Pest Management Specialists, a family owned and operated commercial pest control company serving the Greater New York City metropolitan area.

Since it was founded by Roger J. Seeger in 2005, RJS has maintained an unwavering focus on the right people and the right solutions. This focus has been instrumental in RJS’ consistent year-over-year growth and staggering 95 percent customer retention rate. Robert Seeger, a member of the founding family, will continue to drive the day-to-day operations of NYC and the surrounding areas, as well as its aggressive expansion plans.

The acquisition is part of Viking’s strategy to become the leading pest control provider in the Greater New York City metropolitan area, the company reports.
