Caroline Kohnert, technical director for Plunkett’s Pest Control, Fridley, Minn., discussed the history of Urban Pest Management Technical Committee and the growth of the group representing 25 pest control companies.
She also shared the groups trips to different universities and manufacturers, like BASF, for further technical training.
