Sarah Garcia, learning manager at Clark Pest Control, Lodi, Calif., shared how she keeps trainees engaged in a virtual setting, and her outlook on virtual training still being effective in a post-pandemic era. Garcia was also a 2023 NPMA Women's Impact Award recipient for her educational commitment to Clark Pest employees.
Clark Pest Control joined Rollins family of brands in 2019. Garcia discussed how being a part Rollins has provided her with additional education resources for employees that the company has been able to utilize in the classroom and field.
