Cook’s Pest Control technician Brandon Martin was servicing a home in Gadsden, Ala., when a customer collapsed in front of him. He quickly performed CPR, ultimately saving her life. Martin credits these quick-thinking skills to his former training as a first responder.
PCT interviewed Martin to hear more about this life-saving encounter, and his message to other pest management professionals on being alert and observant while in the field.
