PCT spoke with Jaclyn Ricci, co-owner of The LadyBug Pest and Wildlife Control, Zionsville, Ind., on her company's efforts to push exclusion treatments and reinforce the OneHealth initiative in the pest control industry.
Jaclyn Ricci, co-owner of The LadyBug Pest and Wildlife Control, Zionsville, Ind., said squirrels and rodents were the No. 1 service call in 2023 and will continue to progress as 25,000 homes are under development in their service area.
Ricci said Ladybug has been at the curve of the OneHealth initiative, this year's theme at the Purdue Pest Management Conference which her and her team attended, by pushing exclusion and sealing entry points.
