Melissa Buono-White, daughter of Steve Buono, chief operating officer of Buono Pest Control in Belmont, Mass., attended the NPMA Women's Forum to network with industry peers, learn more about female leadership in the pest control industry and be recognized as an Impact Award recipient.
She was nominated by Buono President and NPMA President Marillian Missiti for her continued commitment and growth to the family business over the years.
Buono-White shared her memories growing up in the family business, and how she’s been able to do “a little bit of everything over the years” to learn the pest control and business side of the industry.
