Niles Hooks, owner of Concrete Pest Solutions, Cleveland, Ohio, started his pest control business following his personal encounter with bed bugs and self-educating himself on treatments, and eventually helping friends and family with their pest issues.
These efforts led to the beginnings of Concrete Pest Solutions.
